With a group of specialists who have been selected to be part of this commission, the fixed targets, the timetable of activities and the forum to realize inside the same Hemispheric Congress, give this topic a true level and it's created within CAMACOL, a new challenge to offer all our members more business opportunities.
The project idea has already been advanced, the First Business Plan was made, and a series of tasks were included inside the general plan of Camacol, so that targets and objectives are reached without any problem.
As part of this study, an exhaustive form of the scope of the project was analyzed, its implications, the necessary resources, its fortitudes, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
The importance of creating a work crew was defined, to give the plan a definitive form, to create the first model of event and to define a detailed agenda with the concrete results that will be generated by commission in its first year of life.
This " Action Plan " should be completed checked and approved before December 15 of the current year.
Taking advantage of the huge synergy that is carried out as results of the year to year Hemispheric Congress achievements and the opportunity to meet chamber of commerce representatives of numerous countries, the opportunity to add the tourism industry to this event. To provide better interaction and at same time create better situations that allow businesses of most diverse sizes and sectors use to increase their business possibilities.
When the number of tourist who comes to Miami especially from the countries of Latin America and Europe are analyzed, it is incredible to see the business that profit thanks to this phenomenon that has a huge implication in the economy.
When the tourists come to Miami, they take a cruise, rent cars, do sports, visit Disney, do not stop acquiring their intelligent phones, tablets, clothes, toys and a lot of them explore the real estate market.
Nowadays tourism and commerce interact more than ever and hence the possibility of systematically observing this phenomenon, studying it and creating mechanisms to help so that this interaction is carried out as suitable as possible. To think about a special event for representatives of chambers of commerce and the related ones to tourism, to study thoroughly the information that make clear the tourist mentioned movements, they are a part of the targets concentrated on this new commission.
